Do you remove decks, sheds, or fences?
Not as standard junk removal. We may haul away detached sections that are already taken down and placed in a safely accessible area. Dismantling attached structures or removing items from roofs, garage tops, balconies, or other elevated areas is not included unless specifically approved in writing after photo review.
Do you remove items from roofs or elevated areas?
Not as standard service. Roof, garage-top, balcony, ladder-required, or other elevated removals must be reviewed in advance and may be declined.
Do you take hazardous materials?
Usually no. If you think something is hazardous, ask first. We only accept items that can be disposed of lawfully and safely.
