Quick answers based on Junk2Go’s current service scope and terms.
Do you give quotes over text?
Yes. Send your city, a few photos and access notes such as stairs, distance to the truck, tight spaces, height, attachments to structures and anything fragile nearby. Some jobs cannot be approved without photos.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on volume, weight, labour, access, disposal requirements and job complexity. Standard ground-level accessible jobs are the easiest to price. Non-standard access, heavy items or specialty disposal may increase pricing or require approval before booking.
What is the minimum pickup charge?
Minimum pickup starts at $149 plus HST unless otherwise stated in writing.
Do you charge travel fees?
No travel fee applies to pickups within Sarnia or London. If the pickup is outside Sarnia or London, Junk2Go will disclose any travel fee before booking.
Do you remove decks, sheds or fences?
Not as standard junk removal. Junk2Go may haul detached sections that are already taken down and placed in a safely accessible area. Dismantling attached structures requires specific advance approval and may be declined.
Do you remove items from roofs or elevated areas?
Not as standard service. Roof, garage-top, balcony, ladder-required or other elevated removals must be reviewed in advance and may be declined.
Do you take hazardous materials?
Usually no. Ask first if an item may be hazardous. Junk2Go only accepts items that can be transported and disposed of lawfully and safely.
Can I pay online?
Yes. A secure payment link may be provided for deposits or invoices when applicable.
Are same-day or next-day pickups guaranteed?
No. Same-day or next-day options depend on location, schedule, disclosed scope, safe access and crew availability.
Should appliances be disconnected first?
Yes. Junk2Go does not disconnect gas, electricity, plumbing or built-in units. Appliances must be disconnected and ready for safe removal unless otherwise agreed in writing.
