How Junk2Go Works
The goal is to confirm service scope, access and pricing before the crew loads approved items.
2. Share the scope
Describe what must go. Send photos for heavy, specialty, attached, elevated, fragile-location or difficult-access items.
3. Book a pickup
Choose a date and arrival window through the existing booking flow. Confirmation depends on schedule, scope and access.
4. Confirm before loading
When reasonably possible, pricing for the approved scope is confirmed before loading begins.
5. Crew loads approved items
Point out what goes. Items outside the disclosed or approved scope may need repricing or may be declined.
6. Payment and disposal
Payment is due as agreed. Junk2Go aims to donate or recycle when possible and disposes of the rest properly.
