Estate Cleanout Checklist

Organize decisions before loading begins and reduce the risk of removing something that must remain.

Decision checklist

  • Confirm who has authority to make removal decisions
  • Set aside documents, photographs, keys, jewellery and personal records
  • Identify items for family, sale or separate donation
  • Mark rooms or areas included in the approved pickup
  • Photograph the remaining load and access route
  • Plan whether the work should happen in one visit or stages

Do not rely on memory during loading

Use labels or a written room list. The customer is responsible for identifying anything that must remain at the property.

Apply the guide to your pickup

Send the actual item photos and access details or open the existing live price guide and booking system.
