Photograph the full load

• One wide photo of each room or pile
• Closer photos of large, heavy or specialty items
• Stairs, doors, hallways and elevators
• The route to the truck or curb
• Anything attached, elevated or near fragile surfaces
• Labels or markings that identify unusual materials

Add useful notes

Include the city, postal code, floor level, number of stairs, elevator availability, parking distance, narrow spaces, pets, gates and whether any appliance is connected to utilities.
