Included in standard haul-away service

  • Approved unwanted items and loose non-hazardous debris
  • Items ready for pickup and safely accessible
  • Typical rooms, basements, garages, yards, driveways, walkways and curbside areas
  • Loading and haul-away of the approved scope
  • Pricing based on disclosed volume, weight, labour, access and disposal needs

Not included unless expressly approved

  • Roof, ladder, scaffold or elevated work
  • Attic extractions
  • Demolition or dismantling attached structures
  • Cutting, unbolting, utility disconnection or trade work
  • Permit-required work
  • Hazardous or unlawful materials

Customer preparation

Identify stairs, long carrying distances, narrow passages, parking issues, snow or ice, pets, gates, low ceilings, attachments, height and fragile or sensitive components nearby.

Scope differences on arrival

If actual conditions or items differ from what was disclosed, Junk2Go may revise the quote, delay the job or decline all or part of the work before loading.
